ALLENDALE, Mich. - The Grand Valley State men's cross country team will embark on the 2012 season hoping to keep an impressive streak of 10 straight NCAA Division II Midwest/Great Lakes Regional Championships alive. With a returning USTFCCCA All-American and two returning USTFCCCA All-Region student-athletes, the Lakers seem poised for another big year.
Isaacson was a GLIAC All-Academic honoree and finished 14th at the Spartan Invite with an 8k-best time of 24:57.
A trio of talented juniors returns for the Lakers that includes Larry Julson (Potterville, Mich.), Josh Moskalewski(Allendale, Mich.) and Brent Showerman (South Lyon, Mich.), all three of whom were All-GLIAC selections a year ago and two of which earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors.
