WMU - Cross Country Wraps Up Bradley Invite

PEORIA, Ill. -- The Western Michigan cross country team wrapped up competition at the Bradley Invitational on Friday afternoon.
The Broncos finished in 16th overall with Aisha Hodge as their top finisher in 56th out of 222 runners. Hodge finished the 6k race with a time of 22:20, a season-best as well as a personal best. The race was the third 6k that WMU has competed in this season, also the distance of the Mid-American Conference Championship race.
Teresa Marin was the second finisher for the Broncos, taking 74th with a time of 22:39. Just behind her in 78th was sophomore Becca Peacock at 22:44. Senior Cara Cremeans was WMU's fourth finisher with a time of 22:47, while Ashley Moyer rounded out the Broncos' top five with a time of 22:56.
Western Michigan has a week off before heading up to Buffalo for the 2012 MAC Championships.
