Sullivan second at Pre Classic

Hayward Field, Eugene, OR -- Kevin Sullivan the 25 year old University of Michigan Alumni and Ann Arbor resident put on an impressive show by taking 2nd in the Mile at the Prefontaine Classic on Sunday. Kevin ran a time of 3:53.70, losing to Kenya's Noah Ngeny by a little over a second, 3:52.09. Also running in the race was '96 Olympian and Eastern Michigan alumni Paul McMullen. Paul placed 12th in a time of 4:02.70. Kevin Sullivan won 4 NCAA titles and 15 Big Ten Cross Country titles while running track and cross country for the University of Michigan. Kevin will be speaking at Tortoise and Hare's Traver Village store at 8:00pm on June 17th.
