CRIM FESTIVAL OF RACES - CATHERINE NDEREBA'S RUNNING CLINIC TODAY
Don't miss marathon world record-holder Catherine Ndereba's Running Clinic
this afternoon at 3:30 at the Riverfront Character Inn. Ndereba holds the
Crim 10 mile title and has won also in 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000.
CRIM FESTIVAL OF RACES - 5K RACE WALK TONIGHT
The Great Lakes Organization of Walkers is sponsoring a 5K Racewalk this
evening, starting at 5:30pm, on the track at the Michigan School for the
Deaf and Blind. This year's walk is also the USATF State Track
Championship.

. 8K Run - 9:30 a.m.
. 8K Walk - 9:45 a.m.
. 5K Run - 10:00 a.m.
. 5K Family Walk - 10:30 a.m.
. 1-Mile Run - 11:45 a.m.
. 1-Mile Walk - 11:50 a.m.
. Teddy Bear Trot - 12:30 p.m.
