Press Conference Kicks off 26th Annual Crim Festival of Races Weekend

Flint, MI- The Crim Festival of Races will kick off the 26th annual race weekend with a press conference on Friday, August 23, at 2:00 p.m. in the Regency Ball Room at the Riverfront Character Inn. Sherlynn Everly, Executive Director, will take a moment to praise the relationship between the Crim and the Community, discuss festival highlights and introduce international athletes form Kenya, Russia, Morocco, Canada and, of course, the U.S.

Sharing the Flint Area Chamber of Commerce Chamber perspective of the Crim Festival of Races is Executive Vice-President, John Potbury, who will talk about the Chamber's increased involvement in this community event.

Newly re-elected Mayor Rutherford is also tentatively planning to attend this press Crim Kick-Off Press Conference.
