Boyne City, MI (07/04/01) - East Jordan's Tarn Leach easily won the Boyne City 10K in 34:02. On the women's side Deirdre Brill won by over 3 minutes in a time of 40:22.

Ann Arbor, MI (07/04/01) - Ann Arbor's Rich Stark won the Tortoise and Hare 5K in a time of 15:28. The overall women's winner was Lisa Ouellet in 17:42. Masters winners were Dave Furey and Karen McKeachie.

Frankenmuth, MI (07/04/01) - Cindy Keeler and Keith Stopen were the 2001 Volkslaufe 20K winners. The 10K winners were Hansons Richard Brinker and Sterling Heights' Katie Danyko. Novi's Chris Toloff was the 5K champion.
