NEW ROUTE FOR DETROIT'S THANKSGIVING PARADE TURKEY TROT
Detroit's Thanksgiving Parade Turkey Trot attracts 6000 elves, Santas,
reindeer, chef's, and runners who run in front of Michigan's largest
audience. After the race you can join the spectators for the 75th Annual
Detroit Thanksgiving Day Parade. Note that this year the race starts and
finishes outside at Wayne State University's Matthaei Building, North of
Warren Avenue, just west of the Lodge Freeway. The parade kicks off at the
Detroit Institute of Arts at 10:00 am-- an hour later than previous years.

NCAA DIVISION 1 CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS

A QUOTE FOR THANKSGIVING
"If you run 100 miles a week, you can eat anything you want-Why? Because
(a) you'll burn all the calories you consume, (b) you deserve it, and (c)
you'll be injured soon and back on a restricted diet anyway."-Don Kardong
