Sprint Triathlon (750 meter swim / 11 mile bike / 5K run
Sprint Duathlon (5K run / 11 mile bike / 5K run
Olympic Triathlon: (1500 meter swim / 24 mile bike / 10K run
Relay teams allowed for all 3 events
Calm inland lake swim. Quite flat bike course. VERY flat run course through scenic neighborhoods
Lots of swag. Post race picnic includes Subway sandwiches, chocolate mile and other items
Custom overall and age group awards
