Complete the Virtual Frozen 5K for Special Olympics Michigan! You can walk, run, ski, sled - complete this race any way you want!

Registration is open now through March 2022. You can complete your 5K at the time and place that works best for you, and choose to submit your completion time for the chance to win an award! In addition to registering for the Virtual Frozen 5K, all participants have the opportunity to fundraise for different incentive items and further support Special Olympics Michigan.

Participating in the Virtual Frozen 5K benefits over 22,000 individuals with intellectual disabilities in Michigan through Special Olympics. All proceeds from this event fund year-round sport and training, health and wellness initiatives, and anti-bullying education to children and adults throughout the state.
