Did you know that April 28 is National Super Heroes Day? We are so excited to celebrate our third annual Super Heroes Day 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, 13.1, 26.2! Let out your inner super hero and get running or walking NOW! It’s time to celebrate the Superhero within each of us! Get your kids involved too! There is a one mile option! This year we are focusing on all of the health care heroes out there!

Plus, at least 20% of every registration to Doctors Without Borders. Their mission is to protect vital areas of our natural world for the benefit of wildlife, habitats, and people by inspiring collaborative action. Their teams are responding to the coronavirus emergency on multiple fronts—caring for patients, offering health education and mental health support, and providing training for vital infection control measures in health facilities around the world.
