RACE INFORMATION

Run, Walk, Hike, Bike, or Skip the Frozen 5k any time in the month of February; race packets will be mailed to Runners (and walkers/hikers) after January 15.  Registration includes long-sleeve shirt (choice of cotton-blend or sport-tek) and race medal.

All participants will have the option to create a fundraising page to collect donation pledges to support the Athletes of Special Olympics Michigan - see www.plungemi.com for the incentives you can receive for reaching certain fundraising levels.

Pet Participation:  Have your dog (or other pet) join in on the fun by registering to participate in the 5k with you!  Pet Registration includes a short-sleeve shirt.  Size selection will be limited to only Youth L and Adult L starting January 15th.

Run Times & Awards:  All Runners in the competitive registration division will receive a link to submit their run time; awards will be given based on male & female divisions of youth, adult, and masters (65+).
