Hillsdale College - The Ty and Mo Show!

Freshman Ty Etchemendy jumped. Senior Maurice Jones ran. Together, they made Charger history.
Hillsdale College's men's track program produced two All-Americans at Saturday's 2014 NCAA Division II Indoor Track and FIeld Championships, hosted by Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina.
Jones earned All-American honors for the second time in his distinguished career, coming up with an incredible race in the 400 meter dash. He finished as the national runner-up, blazing the track to the tune of 47.72 seconds. That time was less than half a second off his own school record in the event.
Jones has been snakebit by injuries in recent national meets, but in his final indoor sprint of his career, he made it a race to remember.
Etchemendy earned his first career All-American honor, completing the triple jump with a mark of 48 feet, 5 1/2 inches. That mark is around five inches shy of a school record, a mark he is sure to gun for in his promising career to come.
