Located on Highway 21 at the northeastern tip of Lambton Shores is Grand Bend. Grand Bend brings to mind images of sandy beaches, summertime and fun, fun fun. However in the 1830's it was the large pine and oak trees that led to the founding of Grand Bend. By the 1900's Grand Bend had become a popular vacation spot.
