Online coaching, custom training schedules, physiological testing

Located in Lake Orion, Michigan wihin the Hanson's Running Shop store is Hanson's Coaching Services. HCS is owned by current Hanson's ODP member Luke Humphrey. Luke has an M.S. in Exercise Physiology and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine. Coaching includes online coaching, custom training schedules, and basic training schedules. Physiological testing includes VO2max and Anaerobic Threshold Testing, as well as Resting Metabolic testing. We also provide a series of marathon clinics begining in June.
