The Flint Heat, located in Flint, Michigan is Genesee County's premier all-ages track club. The Flint Heat is dedicated to helping boys and girls of all ages learn and improve individual skills in Track and Field. Individualized instruction by dedicated coaches, sanctioned competition, state, regional, and national exposure are just some of the benefits of being a member of the Flint Heat.
