Saturday: WOW- who would think 0.5degrees would make a difference, but it does!
I did 'milers' on the mill... 3X1mile @ 10.9mph.
The first two reps at 0.5 degrees and the last flat.
The first incline felt strangely labored a little in the calves and a bit tougher in the lungs but not enough to make a big difference... the second was a bit more, and the third... Well, I wasn't sure I could get another with the incline.
In all: A good workout!
