  Come and join us for a scenic and healthy event! The option of running or walking the two distances enables individuals of all fitness levels to participate.
  
  The course is hilly and travels through the meadows, woods, and paved bike path of Stony Creek Metropark. T-shirts guaranteed for the first 250 participants. Medals for the top 3 male and female finishers in each age group will be based on chip time for the 5K.
