  This is a 5K run/walk for owners and their dogs. All registrants receive a t-shirt. The top three finishers in each age group receive a trophy and an engraved dog bowl. All proceeds benefit the Kent County Parks Foundation. Awards are given for the best Halloween costumes (people and dogs).
