  Free training run. 11 miles, all trail, one of the best in SE Michigan. Between 10-30 runners. Water and snacks at Start/Finish, and water at half-way point. Please email if attending. The Stay in the Shade Org is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to fight malignant melanoma by increasing awareness, supporting patients/survivors, and fund raising for research.
