  This is a half-marathon/5K run or walk and is run on paved country roads and forest trails. The course's hilly terrain challenges the most experienced runner. It has a 300' incline within the first quarter mile. The final 328' incline is at the 10 mile mark. The final quarter mile is around the track at the R.W. Nebel Memorial field in scenic Munising, MI.
