  On June 28, 2008, The Red Rock Company will be hosting Run Charlevoix in beautiful Charlevoix, Michigan. The "Run Charlevoix Marathon and Half Marathon" is one of the very few Boston Marathon Qualifying events and Certified accurate courses in Michigan. We are hosting four events for everyone to enjoy! A 5KM, 10KM Half Marathon and a Full Marathon Run. All events will be chip timed. The Half Marathon and Marathon will feature age group awards. The 5K is family fun run/walk. Strollers are allowed for the 5km Run. Strollers are not allowed on the 10km course. The Half and Full Marathons will also run along the picturesque beaches of Lake Michigan. For your safety and the safety of others, please do not wear headphones, mp3 players, iPod's, etc. You will be running through residential areas and there will be automobile traffic that you must be able to hear. Also, Skateboards, Scooters, Bikes, Rollerblades, will not be allowed on course during the race by athletes.
