  This event is open to anyone that loves the sport of Cross Country! Men will run the 8K distance, and women will run the 5k distance. Expect a well marked course. Medals to the top 10 men and women finishers. This is the 2nd of a 6 race series. These cross country events may be run individually or as part of the series. To take part in the series, you must complete at least 5 of the summer events. Series winners will be determined by the the total points from the 5 best efforts. Points are determined by your finish place in each race, lowest poins at teh end of the series will be awarded the winners. Awards will go to the top three men and women runners in the series.
