  Course follows the coastal trail counterclockwise around the island with a loop out into the eastern Tombolo and along Trout Bay. The race has a limit of 300 runners in the Marathon adn 200 runners in the 10K. The marathon usually fills early May. Spectacular views from 300 ft cliffs, white sand beaches, and trails through lush hardwood forests.
