  This collection of events encourages beginners and veterans alike to get out and start the New Year right through fitness and healthy lifestyle. Events are held indoor at the UM Track and Tennis Stadium. A health and wellness fair will be held in conjunction. Lap running and walking between the hours of 6-11 a.m. All ages welcome!! Strollers welcome! A qualifying track meet will be taking place at noon. Adults: $10 in advance, $15 at the door! Students and Kids, $5 early or at the door. Free entry for the Health and Fitness expo, $5 spectator fee for the 12 Noon track meet.
