Description
We have combined two of our favorite things beer and running for 4 K's of fun! At the start of each 1k lap, there will be a beer chug station with 3 to 4 oz. of beer. Elite Feet, Fuel Woodfire Grill and Blue Water Young Professionals have teamed up to present a wonderful day of racing and community enjoyment! Aside from just a outright great event, each participant will receive a pint glass with the race logo and a t-shirt! Not only that but for the post race party each participant will get a free beer and burger ticket. The race will be timed and awards will be given.
Age Groups:
21-29 30-39 40-49 50-59 60+
Age Guidelines and ID Check:
This event is 100% awesome and you have to have a 100% valid ID upon check in to participate in the event. You MUST be 21 on race day to compete in Keg's and K's. We will be checking ID's at check in. NO VALID IDENTIFICATION NO RACE.
Awards and Prizes:
Overall male and female awards. Top three in each age group and top team will also receive some of the best awards! There will also be copious amount of door prizes and giveaways. The other extracurricular awards will be best costume, most original team name, best cross-dresser, and I'm here for the beer.
Packet Pickup:
You will be able to pick up your packets and goodies at Elite Feet Port Huron Friday, September 14th from 10am-8pm. Race day packet pickup is at Elite Feet Running Store Saturday, September 15th from 10am-1pm.
Race Day Check In:
Race day check in is at the permit only parking lot south west of the city building. See map ( I will get you a Map to place on the back)! Must have valid Photo ID present. Must be 21 or older!
Registration:
You can register online or at Elite Feet Running Store Port Huron. Online registration closes September 12th at 11:59pm. Registration fee before September 3rd: $40 Registration fee Before September 15th: $50 Registration fee on September 15th: $65 Race day registration ends at 12pm
Teams:
Teams of 2-4, 5-7, 8+, will be competing for prestigious awards by the average time of the runners on the team. Top team (average finish time) in each division will recieve an award! |
