This is not your average 5K! The Gina VanLaar cross country race is run on Allendale High School's course -- site of MHSAA Mega-Regionals in 2010, 2011 and 2012 -- but features added obstacles such as water, mud, sand, hay bales and more. You may not run a PR (although the course IS accurate) but you will definitely have fun! There is also a 1/2-mile fun run for ages 10 and under.
