AWARDS:
5K and 10 Mile Runs: Awards to top male and female runner and top masters male and female runner. Age group awards for top three male and female runners in each division: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & over.
5K Walk: Ribbons to all finishers.

COURSE:
All races start and finish at the Comfort Inn. The 5K course is a combination of paved trails and roads within the Center for Applied Research and Technology just south of the Central Michigan University campus. The 10 miles course continues north through residential streets and the Mt. Pleasant park system trails. Runners will travel through Veits Woods, Chipp-A-Waters, Mill Pond and Island Parks on a combination of paved and unpaved trails. Runners return via downtown Mt. Pleasant and through the CMU campus. This scenic course finishes at the Comfort Inn. For everyone’s safety, strollers, pets, bicycles, roller skates or rollerblades and skateboards are not allowed.

EXPO:
The Live Well Weekend Health & Fitness Expo will be held at the Comfort Inn Conference Center on Friday, September 21 from 4:00p-8:00p. The Expo is free and open to the public. The Expo is a family-friendly event and will feature vendors and experts in the health and fitness field from the central Michigan area. Free events/activities for kids 10 and under.
