The 5K course will take you up one side of the Bear River then cross a footbridge and onto a gravel trail that hugs the river. The last mile you'll run in the shade of the trees while listening to the roar of the rapids on the river. The 10K course will travel up the Little Traverse Wheelway which showcases the beautiful view of Little Travers Bay, then back down to the Bear River Trail to finish on the 5 K course.
