Comments/ Race Info: Somerset Beach Campground is pleased to announce the 7th annual Somerset Stampede Half-marathon and 5K Run/Walk. Somerset is one of the most challenging yet scenic courses in Michigan. This event provides financial assistance to help children attend summer camp at Somerset Beach. Race features include: t-shirts to first 400 participants, Split Times (1/2/6/10/12 miles), water Stops, post-race refreshments, professionally timed, results immediately after race, self-serve age-group Awards, music/swimming/food, awards for overall & masters (top 3 in each age group – walk is non- judged event
