The purpose of the Thru the Winter Challenge is to help keep you motivated and moving Thru the Winter months.

CHALLENGES:
RUN, WALK, ELLIPTICAL in 3 months (NO BIKE):
90 miles
200 miles
300 miles
400 miles
500 miles
NOTE: Must be an intentional activity.

RUN ONLY in 3 months (NO BIKE):

DESCRIPTION
Pick your challenge and distance … do your miles in the 3 months (January, February, March)

Miles can be done inside, outside, treadmill, pavement or trails! MUST be an intentional activity.
(no… bike or cross country skiing).

TIME: Anytime!

LOCATION: Anywhere!

Four outdoor group run/walks = Dates TBD. All outdoor run/walks will be at 10:00 am. Locations will be at River Bends Park or Bloomer Park. We will mark the course so can go at your own pace. Runners and Walkers welcome!

Chance to win a prize! Send us your shoe shots throughout the month to our Facebook. Move It Fitness team will select the top shoe shots for each month. Winners will have a prize mailed to them! If local we may hand deliver.
